What Do Personal Trainers Eat For A Healthy Breakfast?

A healthy breakfast is the best way to make sure you’re starting your day off right and who eats better (supposedly) than Personal Trainers

I put together a list of what some of the trainers at FIT Boutique eat for breakfast. Maybe one of these sounds delicious and nutritious to you and you can try them out! Let me know which one you like best

JENNA- Bagel

I love avocado toast, does that make me seem like too much of a millennial?

  • Whole wheat toast
  • Avocado smashed spread on toast
  • Hard-boiled egg – Sliced
  • Everything Bagel SeasoningSqueeze of lemon

GEORGE- Smoothie

I want to get as many macro/micronutrients in 1 meal in the morning. So I try to eat something with a very wide variety of fats/carbs/protein. “

  • 8oz Unsweetened Almond milkgeorge personal trainer
  • 2 Scoops Gold Standard Whey (extreme milk chocolate is the BEST)
  • Tbsp of Rolled Oats
  • Tsp of GROUND Flax Seed (whole seed will mess up your blender and get stuck in your teeth)
  • Tsp of GROUND Chia Seed
  • Handful of Raw Spinach
  • Ice and Blend

SHANE- Everythingshane personal trainer

“I try to eat every couple of hours, so when I train several people in a row I need to have a big breakfast.”

  • 6 Whole Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 2 Bagels w/ Cream Cheese

JIM- Smoothie

We try to eat as many vegetables and superfoods as we can in our house, so I put all the best ones in a shake

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 4oz Coconut water
  • 4oz Almond milkjim personal trainer
  • 1/4 Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/4 of a Lemon’s Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Spinach
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp Chia or Hemp Seeds

A lot of different variety which is one of the points I was talking about in an earlier post, “Which Diet Is Best For Me?” Everyone’s breakfast is different but we would all consider them to be in shape. Don’t get hung up on what they are eating, get hung up on WHY they are eating what they are. Everyone has different goals and a different fitness path. Let us help you find and accomplish yours!

Which one of those healthy breakfast options sounds best? I might be biased but I think Georges’ is the best.
